When I bought the first Bosch WR400 speaker, their leaflets were advertised in full - a service life of up to 50 years and 25 years of flawless operation under conditions of planned maintenance. If I lived in Germany, I would sue the firm.
Now, however, there are no such leaflets, they were ashamed to lie openly.

The first Bosch WR 400 speaker was serviced a couple of times during the warranty year - the wick did not light up. This is a common misfortune of all battery - clicks to itself. But it does not ignite.
And the wick lit and goes out - the heat element is triggered due to a weak fire. The service-man solved this problem by approaching the wick to the heating element, since the construct allowed it.
And in the second year, the heat exchanger tube flowed - this place is the same and marked with number 1... This is the hot water outlet pipe.
The problem is that factory workers bend the tube to a small, unacceptable diameter, which leads to plastic deformation of the tube material itself, and deforms the circular shape of the tube, which leads to turbulence of water inside.
The problem is that this no ordinary unannealed copper pipe with a diameter of 15mm but a thin-walled tube that bends with your fingers. More about this later.
My first water heater started flowing in this very place. My second water heater started flowing exactly in this place. The ejection water heater, where I bought the spare part, leaked at this very place, after a year and a half of work.

The problem is that sooner or later, due to thermal expansion / contraction, the epoxy starts to lag behind. And it will flow again.
There are craftsmen who for 2500 rubles. fill the tube with tin. But people write that then it flows again, and that's right - the tube is thin-walled. And tin (soft material) with a braid will not help here. And the pipe is perfectly tied to the casing with tin. Very high quality and forever, so there is no way to replace it.
Normal rubber on the clamp will definitely help - as you can see under arrow 2. Apply epoxy, press with rubber. This is a very, very long time.
But then came the moment of truth, when nothing helps. And the solution was radical - to cut the copper pipe and lead the rubber pipe directly.
The tube itself is thin-walled, deformed, if you clamp the clamp on it, it is bad. The only normal part, similar to the factory flange, is the exit from the casing, into which the tube itself is soldered. We cut the tube 2-3 cm behind the flange, bend it back to put on the rubber tube.
And then it turns out that the copper tube of the heat exchanger just bends with your fingers.

With a leak from under the movable diaphragm stem when turning on the water is more difficult. The good news is that the diaphragm itself will not break here, it is made of very high quality silicone. Flowing - it is necessary to grease the stem well with grease. It is mobile, but the lubricant will not leak. And grease two bolts of the diaphragm fastening.
