The operating pressure in the heating system must not exceed 10 bar and the maximum operating temperature –110 ° C. Checking the tightness of the system must be carried out at the test pressure,

exceeding the operating by at least 1.5 times, but not less than 6 bar and not more than 15 bar

The warranty will not cover radiators:

- installed swimming pools, showers, car washes, laundries, bathrooms and other rooms with high humidity, where there is a harmful effect of corrosive substances contained in the air, as well as constant or periodic moistening of the radiator surface.

- installed in the heating system, which is permanently connected to the water supply system without the use of fittings at the junction, which protects the heating system from unauthorized replenishment or emptying.

It is forbidden to drain the heating system or part of it without urgent need and leave it in this state for a long time. Emptying is allowed only in emergency cases for the minimum period necessary to eliminate the accident, but not more than 15 days during the year. After completing work, the drained system must be immediately filled with water. Heating devices must be filled with water both during heating periods and between heating periods.

It is forbidden to remove water from the whole system or its part and leave it in this state.

This also applies to new systems that have passed the tightness test. If it is necessary to remove water from the system, for example, due to repair or maintenance, the water must be removed only from that part of the system in which it is necessary. After completing work, the empty system must be refilled with water immediately.

The system must be filled with water and replenished using a pump from an intermediate open reservoir. In small systems with a power of up to 30 kW, filling can be done from the water supply network using a detachable connection with a return valve. The amount of water used to fill and top up the central heating system must be monitored, for example, using a water meter.

The operating pressure in the central heating system with Purmo radiators must not exceed 10 bar (for Purmo Plan radiators - 6 bar).
